Cute b&b with the friendliest staff!

Old school elevator was a very charming way to get to the b&b floor. Personnel super friendly. Shout out to Pietro and Pema. Thanks for the great recommendations. Also, the communal balcony is a plus. Perfect location, central yet quiet.

Shower head could use some decalcifying.

This B&B has a very personal touch! You arrive and get greeted by the host (Sarah or Pietro) who give you all the tips where to eat, where to go in Rome. Every morning there's a sweet and healthy breakfast with fruits, yoghurt, sweet crossaint, fresh cappuccino or espresso. Definitely worth the 10/10!

A very welcoming, comfortable, and easily accessible place to stay when visiting Rome

Super friendly! Pietro was so helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Our bedroom was more than enough space for the two of us. We really liked having a window open to the street. The surrounding area was also really nice. Lots of restaurants and easily accessible. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We liked everything!! The pillows in the bedroom could probably use some updating- but really wasn't an issue

Great value and very happy! Will come back!

Small and only few bedrooms. Very nice hosts. We could leave our luggages the last day. Good insulation with the street so no noise. Airco was so great. Breakfast was great! Super clean and confortable. Some snacks when we arrived, was a nice touch.

Sometimes it was just a bit noisy in the kitchen in the morning and audible from the room. With other hosts taking breakfast. For young people like us who wake up a bit later it was the only small inconvenient.

Love the staff and breakfast. The rooms where cosy and it was quiet. Good location

It would be a good idea to install some curtains, so that lights from the street is kept out. We missed real duvet to keep us warm at night

Great experiance!

Top staff very helpful and friendly!!

Few options on the breakfast it's a little bit too sweet, should have things like bread for example and maybe some cheese once we are on Italy. But this is just something to help you to have mor success!

The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the sweet breakfast served every morning. Perfect location for seeing Rome, we were able to walk or get the metro to all the sights. The staff were really friendly and gave recommendations for restaurants nearby, which were all fantastic.

Worked well for a 3 night stay

Location is superb. Quiet at night. An easy walk to the Colosseum. A close landmark is the Santa Maria Maggiore. 15 minute fast walk to Roma Terminus. Lots of eating establishments nearby. Very clean, fantastic shower with steady, hot water. Historical lift to 3rd floor was great to have and fun to use.

It needs a bit of maintenance to move it from the “very good” category to the “fabulous”. However, these were minor points and nothing that detracted from our stay . A bit of a smell in the building but no problem in the apartments.

not far from the train station and the centre of Rome. lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance.

could be a little loud when others were coming in but didn’t last for long and didn’t ruin our stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We liked the traditional feel to the place. Things like the lift and the decor of the room. Pietro is a genuinely lovely guy. He met us on our arrival and has been friendly and very helpful. Our return flight was cancelled and he went out of his way to assist us.
